Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta has conducted the placements for the passing out graduates. The passing out students received an average salary package of Rs. 34.2 LPA. All the students who participated in the placements were offered placements.

According to the official placement report issued, the students of the institute have been offered an average salary package of Rs. 34.2 LPA, while the Median salary offered to the students, was Rs. 31. LPA. The company with the highest recruitment was Goldman Sachs with 18% offers made in the Marquee Asset Management, Investment Banking, and Private equity-venture capital cluster.
For the General Management and Marketing Fields companies like Hindustan Unilever Limited, ITC, Nestle, Procter & Gamble and Tata Administrative Services were prominent recruiters out of the 14% offers made.
