AILET 2022 (Postponed): National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) has decided to postpone or reschedule for AILET 2022 Law Entrance Exam as per the official announcement. All India Law Entrance Test, AILET 2022, which was earlier scheduled to take place on 1st May has been deferred and will now be held on 26th June 2022 – Sunday by the Law University. Along with the change in the date, the official circular also confirmed that the law entrance exam will be held from 10 AM to 11:30 AM. AILET 2022 Application Dates Extended

Along with the change in the AILET 2022 Exam Dates, the exam authority has also decided to extend the application timelines for the law entrance exam. As per the official notice, the AILET 2022 Application process will continue until 25th May 2022. Candidates who are yet to apply for the NLU Delhi’s Law Entrance Exam can now complete the application and registration process online by logging onto the official website – nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.

How to Apply for AILET 2022 online?

While the AILET 2022 Exam Date has been revised, there have been no changes to the application process. Candidates who want to appear for AILET 2022 can apply for the same online by logging onto the official exam portal. The detailed procedure for the same is listed below:

  • Step 1: Visit the official application website – nationallawuniversitydelhi.in
  • Step 2: Find and click on the link for ‘New Registration’ Option
  • Step 3: Enter your course, name, mobile number and email ID to register on the portal
  • Step 4: You will receive an OTP on your phone, enter that on the portal
  • Step 5: Enter the security captcha code and check on the declaration checkbox
  • Step 6: After logging in, you will see the Candidate Application Number displayed on the screen, note it down for future reference
  • Step 7: Locate and click on the link for Application Form on the Home Screen
  • Step 8: Fill out the application form by providing personal, academic, category and contact details
  • Step 9: Upload supporting documents, photographs and signature as asked on the portal
  • Step 10: Pay the necessary application fees as notified on the portal
  • Step 11: Verify all details and submit the application form on the website
  • Step 12: Download the submission confirmation page and save a softcopy of it on your device

Candidates should note that AILET 2022 is the second law entrance exam to be postponed after CLAT 2022. Earlier, the consortium of NLUs decided to postpone Common Law Admission Test 2022 to 19th June 2022.
